tekken has certain moves with special properties, such as past certain frames it will be invincible of certain type of moves.

but this type of rules are move specific, does not apply to all moves of that class, let alone all moves of that hit section.

as snake's paul v paul experiement has proven this: 1 being a high move, has no special property of beating low moves, and d+4 being a low move has not special property of avoid highs.

it is that simple.
