1. Mishimas - EWGF : No explanation needed. Best spacing, defensive, and offense tool in the game. I don't care if it's high. You get hit by one and your brain freezes.
2. J-5 - db+1 : Doesn't telegraph, positive frames on hit, high crushes and puts you in full crouch. Good enough to annoy or to base an offense out of.
3. Bryan - f+3 : -0 on block, half life on CH, good tracking, decently fast. Did I mention it's -0 on block?
4. Nina - ss+2 : Good as a panic button, only Bruce and Paul can punish it decently. Kills linear characters. You know it's fucked up when you get half life
combo'ed off of whiffing a jab because of ss+2.
5. Heihachi - twin pistons : Puts him in the -13 punisher club along with Bryan. Yes, it's like -10,000 on block but because of it, many characters won't spam their launcher.
6. Bruce - b+2 : He would be total complete trash without it. Multi purpose tool; gives him a solid mid presence, whiff punisher, and CH juice. Tracking isn't so great, but it's safe to say that it shot the guy a notch up the tier ladder.
7. Marduk - tackle : You always tell yourself that you can break the tackle everytime it hits you. Then you tell yourself that breaking the extensions is shit easy. Doesn't seem too easy in DR.
8. Marduk - df+3, d+1 : Great mid range whiff punisher. Pretty punishable by Hei and Bryan, but if you're good at hit confirming then it's worth the half life juggle.
9. Bryan - Jet upper : 13 frames, shuts down a list of characters ie. Raven, Jack. One of the best safe punishers in the game and good on ss.
10. Devil Jin - Hellsweep : Kazuya gets his hellsweep and he's done. Hei gets mix-ups. DJ's hellsweep gives him the option to combo you to the wall and he gets 1,2 to can cans and not to mention his retarded options post wall combo.
