no, you can not escape if opp was fast enough, however, there are things you can do to attempt get less damage.
assuming opp is ff, d,d/b+4, and was a bit slow, you d
5, will escape sometimes, then tagged in character can punish ogre's whiff, ogre must be quite slow for you to succeed, you may get hit anyway.
3_4, will kick ogre out of it, but ogre has to be quite slow to be beaten out, you may get CH-ed yourself.
2+4_1+3, this will do a throw, the very first frame you do it, you will turn, you will still be hit by d,d/b+4, but you will likely to tech out of the following ff,n+1+2.
