When opponent's seven star gauge is empty use this to KO. Miss and your super
bars reset to zero and opponent gets one of their seven stars back.
Grab: 4/6+BD
This doesn't work on crouching characters but it has more range than a regular
throw. Toki and Mamiya can't grab. Heart-sama's grab catches crouching chars.
