and gives good frames on block (not 100% positive, needs more testing). if you notice the opponent ss'ed your iflk 1, do a <d+1, which causes the ff+2 stun on ch, and catches ss'ers. instant flk 1... is done as 1+2~1... great, new addition, as it's much more effective that going into flk from jab strings.
btw- did anyone verify that flk 1,2 is guaranteed on ch/reg hit?
i think steve CAN be used as a rush-down character, but it depends who he's playing against. 8 framers can eat him ..

<P>MDJ 是那次是唯一使用HWOA地人，估计就是录像里面那个了，难怪那那群人在后面喊HWOA,HWOA， 估计想看MDJ地HWOA， 他还用MADUK好像， 不过听说已经放弃了， 因为实在太......“pretty bad” MDJ says， too many punishable moves</P>
