there is no difference between PS and Arcade other than speed.

PAL PS2 runs on 50hz, which is a lot slower than standard, it can be accelerated to 60HZ with Xploit.

NTSC runs on 60 hz.

american Arcade also runs on 60, but japanese arcade is slightly faster. maybe 65~66HZ,

arcade feels different because stick > d-pad
