Actually, to be fair, none of any of those combos are hard for a veteran player, but i can say that most of the sample combos, namely 5,6 and 7, are not something easily achievable by a scrub. Many of those combos require very precise timing. Something that scrubs are not use to.
Take Steve for example. One of the sample combos is PAB d+2 ~ ff+2. For those of you who don't know, it's basically the punch that looks like a high punch but Steve hits your legs instead, flooring you down, and he can actually whiff you down into bounce. This combo is almost near impossible. There is virtually no allowance at all. There is only like a 1 frame allowance to do ff+2. If you're slow by even another frame, it doesn't work. You'll be hitting the air. I know many pros can get it to work, but it's not something normal people will be able to pull off.
